We stayed at the Costa Azul for 4 nights in February. We had a room on the second floor, but at that time of year did not need the balcony to sit on, as it was quite noisy being on the main road. The pool is on the third floor, then floors above that are set further back off the road. I would request a room at the front above floor three. The hotel was excellent, very clean, we were b and b and ate in the old town on an evening in lovely tapas bars. Breakfasts were ok, have had better but fine. and the hotel has a nice bar where the staff are very friendly, the bar has access straight off the pavement. It is a fifteen minute slow walk into Palma round the harbour. We had some lovely long lunches with a bottle of wine at a restaurant right on the harbour, if you turn left out of the hotel walk by the waterside when nearly into Palma it is Called El Pesquero, just near the fishermans nets the Cathedral is over the road a big further on. If you turn right out of the hotel there is a nice Italian Piccola Italia they have tables on the pavement but we sat inside in February on an evening.
