PGL have family active holidays in UK and France. Looks great. Haven't been myself yet so do not have first hand experience. Worth a look at their website though.

Sorry - I'm late on to the thread with this. But we had a great time at Lykia World near Olu Deniz in Turkey. They have traditional kids clubs largely based on sport (rock climbing,rafting, banana boating,archery, football, tennis, basketball etc). We literally didn't see our children (then 9 &10) from 8.30am until 6pm as they joined organised activity after organised activity - even had their lunch in a separate area near a smallish water park on site.
They offered full day excursions for kids only during the week, and there was always the option of 1:1 sports instruction if needed (at additional cost of course)

There was plenty to do as adults too - if you weren't slobbing out by the pool!!
