After asking a perfectly straightforward question of the public out there on illegal immigrants I was surprised to see my topic locked straight away. I was not having a go at Los Cristianos or trying to run the place down I am merely interested in what others thought.
What happened to open discussion?!

Allmen locked it because there is already a discussion ongoing about this subject, two will just confuse things, have you clicked on the blue "here" in his post when he locked it..................if you do it will automatically bring up the other thread.

This is getting ridiculous the way censorship is happening on this forum..Apparently we now are not allowed to discuss crime in Tenerife (i.e whether it would influence you to choose a holiday in Tenerife)
We are also not allowed to discuss the fact whether people who are arriving in Tenerife in large numbers illegally would influence your choice to choose Tenerife as a holiday destination..
Can I suggest the owners of this forum get into the real world?

Totally agree, the censorship on this board is out of order. What ever happened to freedom of speech???? But.......If the Moderators like you, then your ok!

The censorship on this board is in place, to stop it becoming a slanging match between individuals, some of whom become personal.
Discussing crime is one thing, but to start discussing illegal immigrants and their rights is another thing, that could lead this forum into a law suit.
But.......If the Moderators like you, then your ok!

I think you`ll find that the moderators throughout this forum, treat all posters fairly and squarely...if you stick around long enough.

They already are
and subsequently have seen and read it all before....before it happens. I`ve had many posts removed.....I couldn`t at the time see why or was very happy about it, but I can now.
I also started a topic about illegal immigrants a while back, and it ended up in a personal slanging match.
Therefore, don`t blame the moderators...blame the other posters.

These forums are principally for holiday information but you asked
