Hi
Can anyone let me know what the airport is like size wise? Is it a long walk through arrivals or departures and are there lots of steps to negociate?
Any comments would help please.

The airport is very small but it does have some shops and an eating place and it is'nt a long walk anywhere

The check in desks are opposite the main doors, once you have checked in you come back towards the front but go to the right, and there is just a flat corridor for passport control, then you are in!!!!
No steps, very spacious and open once you are in departures, with a few good facilities.

Its good to hear there are no steps. I just had to have wheelchair assistance at Lanzarote airport and its an experience I dont want to repeat. I can shuffle along at my own pace and get there in the end under my own steam

They are in the process of building a new terminal. I went just June/July and Im afraid I do not know when this is due to complete but when you leave the plane to collect your luggage you go down steps to arrivials, the buses were not dropping off underneath as arrivals is on a different floor. It was not too many.
There are probably 2 flights of 8??? but these are very wide.

Hi Welshlass thought I would post and let you know as soon as posible that there were stairs when we arived at Mahon and they were quite steep going down there were no stairs coming home hope this helps you.Hope you enjoy Menorca as it is a lovely island and hope the weather keeps up for you we had a great week.
never noticed a lift there may have been one but i never seen it sorry
