Hi Mate, there is a mozzie in Sliema who waits for me I'm sure, and he gets me every year, if you get them in your room get the maid to spray it with piffpaff, oh dear I have just realised what I have written and it sounds a bit barmy must be losing the plot again.

Very briefly but not for long memory span of a Sliema Mozzie you see, now where was I ? oh yes piffpaff.

Mozzie repellent is a must especially at night. The mozies tend to be smaller than those in Spain but just as hungry

im off to malta to in july ,just wondered if you got air conditioning does it keep mossies away,..or do they like it cold...?

cos they are small, what they don't like are ceiling fans, as they can't cope with the breeze ! Not sure whether temperature helps or not

they are a minor irritant, no more - even if you get bitten, they are so small, that for me there is no mark left by the morning, plus they are not around the whole time - just for a few days at a time
