We've just reteurned from Crete. We stayed in Kato Gouves. Before I left I booked transfers with a firm called Holiday Taxi (lowcosttaxis.com).If you go there site you can get a quote for the transfer to your resort. I'm sure there are other companies that will do the same too. Shop around on the internet.

The journey to and from the airport will cost between 30 and 45 pounds for three with the tour operator.This would be less than with an ordinary taxi to and from the airport but obviously it's worth getting a quote from the companies mentioned by Teeb before you make a decision

A taxi to Stalis / Hersonisos would be about €35 to €40, but maybe over €50 after midnight. There should be a notice board at the airport listing taxi prices to various locations so that you don't get overcharged!
