Ps Think i better get the shop to buy ginger nuts today to see if he even likes them before we step foot on a plane I will be back to say if he does or doesnt.
Just thought i would come back and tell you what happened with the ginger nut biscuits.
RESULT!!!!!! the fussy little so and so (my little darling ) likes them.
So with the travel sickness tablets and the ginger biccies he should be fine.
I will come back to tell you if it worked ok cos if it does there is hope for everyone else as he is REALLY bad at travelling.
Thanks again everyone for taking the time to help me out
Kerrie

Hi i know this sounds really silly but a girl at work and her friends have just been to amsterdam and believe me crossing the north sea is rough she advised me she told them all to put an elstoplast over their tummy buttons, somthing she had been told to do from being a child not one of them got sea sick. Don`t know if it is mind over matter or if it really works.
Never heard of that one before, But hey if nothing works going there,I will try anything on the way back
Thanks for your reply
Kerrie
I will put one on his belly button and mouth too
The chinese use ginger to prevent sickness and I used a ginger supplement for morning sickness, which worked really well, as I don't like ginger biscuits, and I'm sure it will work for your children. Good luck.
whats the latest on the ginger biscuits front
does your son still like them
i know you haven't got long now untill you
have you made up your mind what remedies you are going to try

Well they are still sitting in the biscuit barrel but there are a few gone,He says he likes them (but they are taking a hell of a time getting eaten )I think he will have them though just to see if they stop him from being sick.I have decided to go with the stugeron as well cos they seem to be popular with a lot of the help posts i got on this subject.
I am going to put the buscuit barrel down to him tomorrow and see what he goes for(hope its the ginger nuts)
I will be back tomorrow to fill you in.
Cant wait for the hols only 10 sleeps left
Bye for now
Kerrie
Good luck Kerrie,
Told you i would be back today,
Well tried to give Adam THE biscuit today and he turned his nose up at it (I knew this would happen )He says he still likes them but wanted a different kind of biscuit,Then opted for none at all when told thats all we had(had loads of kitkats but wasnt telling him that ) Never mind,I am hoping the tablets will do the trick.
Katies mum, I have been checking the prices out for the stugeron and it all depends where you shop there can be a little difference in price but i dont care they will be worth it. Going shopping after the bank holiday to get them and a lot of shops have them in stock so i shouldnt have a problem.
Speak to you all very soon
Kerrie
Hi,
Stock up with Stugeron in Egypt on your next visit - available in pharmacies over the counter for around £1 a pack (can buy loads of stuff over the counter in Egypt that you need a prescription here for - and at a fraction of the price!)
Another tip for motion sickness sufferers is to avoid high acidic foods just before traveling - orange juice to be avoided at all costs!
I was always told at school better late than never, So here i am .Sorry its taken me so long to let you all know how Adam got on but i only came out of holiday mode yesterday (you know eating and drinking until i feel ill)
Well i am happy to say all your advice paid off (he wasnt sick at all ) it was my 9yr old boy who cried cos his ears hurt so much (thats a new one cos its never happened to him before) I felt really sorry for him so next time we go away i am off to boots not only for the sturgon but for earplanes too. Oh and not forgetting the shops for the ginger nuts
Thanks for everyones help.
Kerrie
