There are plenty trips from Altinkum harbour. 5 Islands, 7 Islands, mud baths, butterly valley, just look at the harbour and there are plenty to pick from. If you want inland trips there are plenty to choose from, but Ephesus is a very long day or you can stop overnight.

We went to Altinkum a long time ago, we did a day trip from there and it was great, It was the ferry that runs to Bodrum, takes about 1hr 30 min if memory serves, I think it leaves at about 09.30 and returns at about 17.30, a good cheap way of seeing Bodrum for the day
