The websites search facility should give you some pointers with the car. Not sure about bikes, but watch your holiday insurance! Many dont cover Motorbike riding if you, god forbid, come a cropper.

As a motorcyclist myself I can say that a lot of the roads are definitely NOT biker friendly.

I rode bikes in the Middle East which was pretty hairy but I don't think I'd go near one in Cyprus.
Cypriots are lovely people but have a remarkable economy when it comes to using the rules of the road.

When you're out there have a look at the little two-seater dune buggies which seem to have appeared recently. They are just SO vulnerable on the road.
