Hi
We are looking at going to Almunecar early October and wondered if anyone could advise on the best hotel. we are looking at a choice of 3, Playa Almunecar, Playcalida or Albyzin del Mar.
Ideally we'd like the hotel near a beach but within walking distance of the town centre. It hard to get a feel for where the hotels are as we havent been to this resort before.
Any help appreciated!

Are you sure you sure you want to go there? We went there for a day trip when staying at Nerja and one day was enough!! There really isn't much to do and public transport is limited to get out of it. It may have changed since we were there but I doubt it.
