That would be a fair walk but if you like/are used to walking it's along the coast all the way and should be enjoyable if it's not too hot.

No problem Julie if you enjoy a walk - I've done it several times thanks to a dodgy pushbike!

My parents stayed further out than the Solemar on their visit and walked from Ixia to Rhodes Town several times. Normally early evening though when the heat of sun had died a bit.
