I think she might have problems. Also the pavements etc can be a bit rough. There must be loads of places in Turkey that are flat, however. What about Olu Deniz. Its flat and although you need to go uphill to leave Olu you wouldnt be doing that on foot, but by car or bus.

I had considered Olu Deniz, tbh - it does sound fantastic 8)

To be fair, she was fine when we went to Marmaris, and we stayed in the Armutalan(sp?) district which is on a bit of a hill, but a combination of Dolmus and Taxi meant she never had a problem getting about.
