Hi debbg ... if you use the Search function at the top of the page, you should be able to retrieve several posts about this company from various resort forums.

As far as I am aware, they are not a transfer operator as such. They are just a broker or agent for numerous transfer companies and once booked, your contract will be with someone else.

we had a terrible experience with them and are still chasing them for a refund

i wont bore you with the long version but we thought we had a private transfer but the bus made 3 stops before we got to our hotel so not private transfer at all - the company has admitted this and refunded the cost of that transfer from airport to hotel - but they failed to pick us up at all for the return journey and we had to offer another transfer company who turned up at the hotel cash to take us! so this is the bit we are trying to get refunded as well.
