Can any one tell me the name of the zoo in Tenerife that has the snow falling. i have looked on the net but failed to find it as i dont know its name.
Thanks in advance
Derek
Yes you will find the snow in the Planet Penguin.
Thanks for the replies could any of you tell me what would be the cheapest way to get to it. Is the tour operators or the reps the best way or is it better to get taxi up and pay at the entrance?
Sorry to be a pain but we want to take our daughter there for her birthday.

Hi derekh
Sorry,I can't tell you much about the cost of taxis/tour operators, we drove up in the hire car (petrol is so much cheaper in Tenerife) and just paid the entrance fee at the door.

Definitely not!Find the nearest trips office near where you are staying, (there are loads about) & book a day trip.
For a guide have a look at http://www.admiraltraveltenerife.com/excursions.html The trip is cheaper than if you pay on arrival at the Loro Parque.

You beat me to it!
Was just about to add on to my post!
I know everyone on here always recommends them, and have just been reading that it's 27 Euros for an adult and 19 Euros for a child with admiral...brilliant,eh?! We MUST have paid the 29 Euros each that the website for Loro Parque is stating. (Can't remember
)

P.S.Sorry if that was misleading, Personally,I wouldn't go any where with the tour operators... it's normally a rip off,but everyone to their own.

Hi Fiona,
Yes we went a few weeks ago & it was €29 for an adult. (Plus petrol of course).
