The reports of beach corrosion ???? is a bit worrying although I will still be going there as I love the location

Barrie the corrosion is right up the other end past the River princess, so they will not be affected.
The best way I can describe it is if you walked to the beach from the Acron Arcade [Serendipity, Cinnabar cafe] the corrosion was around there, I could not walk any further up the beach, as it was too dangerous, with the waves hitting the bank,

We've been going to Siora's paradise for the past few years since Sid set up his own shack. Its normally down by the whispering palms, has that bit of the beach also gone?

Do you have any photos of the missing beach. Do I take it then that some of the shacks past the tanker towards the Fort will not be able to set up anymore or is it a case of them moving further back away from the sea.

I have taken some photos but can't post them until I get home, The tide comes in closer to the beach than usual during the monsoon, so I don't know how much beach if any will be left when the tide recedes after the monsoon. there is no further back these shacks can go as there is a bank behind them.

Barrie.... Bobbys shack is unaffected ( or would be if it was up ). I was there in April and you you have to go down a bit in the direction of fort aguada before its affected. Seemed to start being bad as you get to the Kingfisher place.
