I haven't been able to find anyone who travels to Riga from either of those airports. Sorry!
Thanks for that. The London airports are almost 4 hours away from us. It's not worth the journey for a weekend.
Yep your nearest seems to be London.
Only possible solution I can think of is using KLM out of Cardiff and onwards to Riga from Amsterdam. However with it being a weekend and no guarantee of appropriate connections times that could be one expensive weekend!
