There used to be a lot of Reggae played in Anjuna, mostly dub Reggae but nice chilled out stuff, keep an eye out for notice boards outside of the bars , you never know :)

.....and if it's not reggae being played at the shacks it's a band called Michael Learns To Rock (MLTR), I think they're ozzie - sing the corniest rock ballads ever........but you can't help but sing along!!! Also lots of violent vulgar hip hop tunes played out here, they all want to be gangsta rappers.....10 Downing St in Candolim is now a hip hop club.

MLTR are actually from Denmark not Ozz, I bought there greatest hits album about 4 years ago upon our return from Goa, I personally think they are good (or am I just sad!)

I actually find myself singing along......can't help it, guess I must be sad too!!!, my favourite is the song about the actor - corniest lyrics ever.

Hi GFF

Decided to play the CD this afternoon (not played it for about 12 months) and yes the Actor is probably the corniest song on the CD, but like you say you can't help singing along.
