I've been looking at Cape Verde for possibly next summer. Purely by chance I was on a website called the Gambian Experience and more by luck than judgement I linked up to http://www.capeverdeexperience.com who are specialists. I heard that Falcon holidays are starting to operate flights and holidays from Northern Ireland to Cape Verde from Dec 06 but this does not yet seem to be advertised on their website. It might be worth phoning them as a friend of a friend has apparently booked up for Christmas.
