im almost positive that only charter flights go direct to Goa without having to go to Mumbai, and i dont think any charter flights operate out of season.

Virgin were advertising some good deals to Mumbai this monsoon, a lot cheaper than their average cost during nov-apr.

flew last july with southall travel cost 329 pound return from heathrow ,an internal flight from mumbai 100 dollars to goa, flights all day till 16.30pm internal airport 15 mins in a taxi

Thats worth knowing - it may not happen yet as we are going in December and March/April but I just fancy experiencing the monsoon.
