I lived in india in the early 70's because my mother was a hippy and would love to visit the same area that we lived in.But she is no longer alive to ask exactly where we stayed...anyone have any ideas where the hippies lived in the 70's....thanks in advance

Calangute is where the hippies first arrived in the mid sixties but moved on north towards Anjuna and Vagator as years went by..so you probably lived in one of these places, not far from each other.
