Mostly timeshare or privately owned. But one of the more reputable timeshare places about. Beautiful view of Las Vistas Beach and towards Los Cristianos
I have stayed there. They are nice appartments but you might want to ask for one at the back behind the pool. Some of the appartments at the front are above some shops and bars so do get a little noise.

Yes Spanish is the first language ,but English is widely spoken.
I have an apartment there ,have done for over 6 years.Ours overlooks Las Vistas beach above the shops/bars,but have had no problems with noise.

I can speak Spanish too so that's fine. Are there any shopping centres around that have the likes of Zara, Mango etc?
Both Mango and Zara are very close to this complex.
