You can expect toiletries in 4/5 star, in fact anything 3 & above I think.
However, they may not be wonderful quality with aloe vera and tea tree oil etc etc. So if you have sensitive skin or some such it may be best to take your own.

Regaring the Sofitel in general - HT members reviews are here. I've only stopped off there in a coach on the way to Taba airport, but it looks very good - clean with nice grounds leading down from the main road.

Thanks Alan

Guess I'll rely on their toiletries and save on luggage space!

Superdrug do loads of mini sizes if you want to take some as top up! I always take extra conditioner as my hair just dries out in the sun otherwise!!

Why don't you buy some after check in, then they are not included in your baggage allowance. There are some really nasty hotel toiletries out there, and a lot of low grade ingredients.......or even cheap stuff being put into brand name bottles. Any pharmacy will have shampoos etc, but I personally wouldn't really on what a hotel provides......... that's women for you!

Hi there :) ,i would go with Perfume on this one as the stuff in the hotels is very poor and nowhere near enough.

Thanks all for your replies. Ok you've persuaded me, I'll take my own!! Thanks for the Superdrug idea, I'll use that. And I didn't think about buying them after check in, what a great idea.
