yer i have had a look.
there arent that many recent reviews though.
the Pyramisa looks very nice however it doesnt seem to live up to its 5* status from what i have read.

i called a holiday company today for a quote and the guy there said he wouldnt be able to offer me a better hotel than the Concorde and he said their price is no where near the price i have been quoted by Thomas Cook and suggests i should snap their hand off. So maybe i should stick with my first plan!!!

Which company was that?

not sure it was on teletext hols.

apparently there are major works to a rock face on a hotel right next door to the concorde el salam as i was about to book my hol in march, but my travel agent advised me against it. i dont really want to hear bulldozers and jackhammers all day long while im at the pool

i heard someone else mention about the work on the rock face, but they said you could hardly hear it. I also checked with a holiday company and they said they have had no complaints and its not that close to the hotel so shouldnt hear much noise. Can anyone clarify this?

With reference to above mentioned subject kindly be informed that there is some construction work nearby our hotel from the beach side at the distance approximately 1 km from the neighbor hotel, there is a notable noise can be heard on the beach, due to the heavy equipment use.

We can not confirm the construction ending date but what we can offer to
allocate your room reservation away from the noisy area.
