I assume you are talking about the Malibu Park Apartments in the San Eugenio area of Playa de Las Americas. If so you can find some reviews here although the latest seems to be from September 2006. The apartments are close to the Agaupark Octopus and are not to far from the San Eugenio shopping area where there are several bars etc you can go in the evening. It is on a hill so may not be suitable for anyone with walking problems. You can find the location in the map here
