Also they have a lot of 'work from home' agencies...so don't be surprised if you hear dogs / kids in the background !
I have used Instant travel which is part of the Co-op.They are based in Burslem,nr Stoke and I have always found them to be excellent.www.instantholidays.co.uk.
I tried cooptravel.co.uk, is that not right? are they no good?
