Youre dead right Doe! Despite the fact that i've got to cook myself as Mrs. C. is at work, i've got a wicked looking leg of lamb in the oven, absolutely slathered in garlic, fresh rosemary and grain mustard. Im doing stuffed giant mushroom, baby cabbages and baby cauliflowers and roast potatoes to go with it. In the fridge is a bottle of Pinot Grigio Chardonnay to go with a little lemon and black pepper smoked salmon for aperitifs and a bottle of White Zinfandel for the lamb.

Am I a lucky boy or what!!!!?

That sounds mouthwatering Mr C. But then I do have a nice looking fresh chicken roasting away in my own oven at present, plus roast spuds with all the trimmings. Like the sound of the giant stuffed mushroom.
