Vouchers. We paid for some of ours with vouchers & they told us when we booked that if we cancelled for any reason the refund will be in vouchers.

We have an elite scheme at work in which we can get Thomas Cook Vouchers month can you use them on late deals too? Do you get change back if youve got too many?

You can book any holiday with Thomas Cook or from any brochures in their shops (Kuoni, Virgin, Signature etc..)
You can only get change back in vouchers though, not cash.
