Sorry if there is another topic available for this already , but i was wondering on the current position for taking things onto the plane at present ?

We travel from Birmingham too Lanzarote on the 6th May and was wondering if you were allowed too take your camcorders on as hand luggage ?

Also having 3 young sons carrying less important item's onboard such as Gameboys ?

Any help in this matter would be great ,,
