I know really short notice but my friend is over from spain on monday and we are looking for a short break 2 adults and 4 children to stay somwhere in the south east have tried butlins etc but no avaliabilty -eater hols.. does anyone have or know of somewhere me and my best mate could spend time catching up but also things to do for children.. i appreciate your speedy replies.

Perhaps you could try chain hotels such as Travelodge/Premier Travel Inn or Holiday Inn fairly close to where you'd like to visit. Novotel also do good family rooms. Good luck! And enjoy your friend's visit.
