OUCH!

At Christmas 2005 I went to Tenerife. We got diverted to Gran Canaria and the plane went technical there. WE were told we were to be put up in a hotel overnight. There were no reps from the airline at the airport at all. It was appalling. I managed to get an inter island flight and was only about 6hours late, but all the other 200 passengers had to stay the night in what i later found out was an aweful hotel

my brother flew home with xl on friday afternoon he was delayed 3 hours

I flew home 2 weeks ago delayed 12 hrs.Missed a days work.

I came back 2 weeks ago, after a 12.5 hours delay! The plane had a technical faultm had to fly in a part from the UK .... and then when we were finally on the plane, as 2 passengers had checked in earlier in the day biut not boarded the flight we had to wait another half an hour while they looked for their bags!

I must have been on the same plane
