Bread and butter, tomatoes, olives, hard boiled eggs,Feta cheese,cucumber,jam/honey,some times yoghurt and tea/coffee and juices.
Or, most bars etc. will offer a cooked breakfast from about £1.50
I like sujuk (a peperoni-like beef sausage) with eggs sunny side up. Or toasted sandwich with sujuk. Some places have omlette. If you find anything with Turkish pastrami, don't pass it either.

Other than those, in a base breakfast you can usually expect most or all of boiled egg, tomato, cucumber, olives, two kinds of cheese, sometimes salami, honey, jam (not marmelade, real jam), and lots of bread.
PS. In Turkey "tost" specifically means toasted flat sandwich with cheese and optional other stuff.
