Why my personal advertising posts are being deleted? - Help And Assistance, Holiday Forums

Last April 9 i've posted a personal advertising related to a time-share week i own in Albufeira/Algarve and i wan to rent.

I've checked for replies on the 23th of April and realised the post was deleted by moderator David - no explanations received.

The same day, i posted again, about the same subject, but in a different area of the forum. The post was imediatly erased by moderator David, that sent me a private message advising to chek on terms and conditions.

I've checked and i don't understand why the post was deleted.

My private messages are blocked (why?), therefor i cannot reply to David's message.

Now i'll try to obtain an awnser by posting at "Help and assistance" section of this forum. Hope to find why i cannot advert as other members can...

Hi Nelson ... other members who regularly support these forums are advertising their own privately owned properties, rather than timeshare ownership or availability.

However, you have only ever posted twice at Holidaytruths and each time that was to advertise your timeshare week. The following section of the T&Cs refers to members who use the site only for our free advertising facility:

Provided as a free advertising facility, it is intended as a "thank-you" to those of our members who regularly provide a valuable and worthwhile contribution towards holiday discussion and advice elsewhere on the site. It is not intended for use by those whose primary interest in Holidaytruths is as a means of free advertising. Adverts from those who are not regular supporters of the site may be removed at our discretion.

If your PM facility is blocked by Admin, that may perhaps also be because you have only been using the site for advertising purposes.
