Hi all I'm new to the site and after a bit of advice please, I've had a quick search but coldn't find what I was looking for...
I'm going to Paphos next year towards the end of May in a group of 8 lads (all late 20's)...
questions...
1) Anyone heard of this villa we've booked or have any experience of the Villa/Company? Villa Andigoni the company we booked it from is called VillaParade?
I've heard it's in the Coral Bay area? I this a long way from Paphos it's self? we talking taxi's?
We plan on going to bars/clubs most nights will Paphos fit the bill? (I know it's not like Ayia Napa)
Weather any good at the end of May?
Sorry for all the questions ha ha
Well I can answer a couple of your questions but I don't know the villa.
Coral Bay is appx. 15 min drive from Paphos so you will need to take the bus into there and get a taxi back late at night (buses run till around 11:00pm). There are bars, restaurants and a couple of clubs in Coral Bay but it is not really a clubbing place. It will be quite subdued in May but the weather will be fantastic - not too hot.
The best place for a group of 20+ lads to go out in Paphos is Bar Street in Kato Paphos but this only gets busy late at night.
Hope this helps a bit.

By the way, have you decided who gets the double?

thanks for the help.... can't seem to get the link to work though?
Bubbles is right in the centre of Bar street, so you def wont miss it. Haggle the drinks in there, cos if you do your be getting lots for your money...
If you need any more info let me know and ill advise as best as i can as i went before with a group of about 12 lads all in their twenties.
If this doesn't work I'll eat my hat. (I got my HTML tags all to cock before!)
Liakada...when you say it gets busy late at night does that mean places are open til 4-5 (or later) in them morning? we are planning a few late ones

If you can, have a night out in ayia napa
May is early in the season here, the weather should not be a problem, and Coral Bay has twenty odd bars and as many restaurants, even a good fish and chip shop, you could drive into town taxi's are available in Coral Bay Plaza and cost around a tenner each way, nothing if you share it, I am sure C/B will be ok if a little quiet at times, the new clubs should be open at the time you are visiting Cyprus problem maybe lack of crowds for you and other clubbers, but you have the best beach there and enough bars and restaurants not to get to bored and walking distance back to your rented villa, do it quietly though
I am in my late 20s too and went this summer with my mates. We had a great time so am sure you guys will too. Bar Street is the place to be for pubs and clubs. Ages of people frequenting the bars range from about 18 through mid/late 30's so a good mix of people.
In fact, you never know,we might even get some sunshine
Have been to Cyprus a few times before, but never to Paphos...
reckon I'll also try and get some tips and information from the Paphos post mentioned by Presto2. Thanks for that.
