Security control at Arrecife

Have they sorted out the problems and delays they were having in early January,it was horrendous,after over two hours and numerous arguments over queue jumpers our flight was called to board just as we were going through the x-ray machines.No time for shopping,still, saved some cash!
No delays or problems at all when I was there in April.
No dealys at all in March. Mind you it was Tuesday and the airport was dead.
Was busy last week, Thursday mind yet got through ok... Were quite hot on checking liquid amounts.
