This all inclusive resort is out of this world and couldn't fault a thing. The staff are really friendly and can't do enough for you. The beach is fantastic and it is safe to walk a few miles each way which was nice. The catamaran cruise is great and the sunsets amazing. The piano bar is great fun for a singsong and then the nightclub opens and stays open until the last person has left.
The food is excellent and the only problem was choosing what to have from the extensive buffet. The best nights were the beach party eating with the waves lapping at your feet and the bonfire which was good. The international buffet night was great with all the food set out around the pool I walked round loads of times before I could decide what to eat it all looked so good.
Anyone who can find fault with this hotel must be mad. I would go back tomorrow if I could.

The Hotel was brilliant the staff could not do enough for you the room is cleaned daily and tidied again at night(if needed) when the bed is turned down, there is a cd/radio and tea and coffee making equipment plus shower gel, shampoo, body lotion and after sun cream and soap provided, all the restaurants were good but we liked Lemongrass the Thai one best.
You could order breakfast in your room which we did on the first day (and some others)as we expected to be tired after a long day travelling, you can opt for either a la carte breakfast or self service both excellent at the self service there is Champagne and all the ingredients to mix a Bloody mary to your own taste plus loads of choice of food, 3 of the restaurants you have to book for dinner but we never had any problem getting a table, on Friday they have a beach party when all the tables, linen etc are put on the beach the food is still amazing and there are ice sculptures too.
The drinks are all major brands and if you prefer a little stronger no problem with asking for a double shot. There are 3 bars actually on the beach and if you put your flag up a waiter will come and take your order, ice towels and fruit kebabs are also brought around each morning, beach towels can be exchanged at the watersports hut and near the swim up bar each day.
We did not go to the Night club except on Jazz night which was great and there was entertainment in The Palms restaurant varying from Fashion show to groups.
There is also a movie on the beach one night and another a bonfire in a kind of grate so no mess on the sand ! There was a Martini Bar which would mix anything.
I also booked dinner on the beach for our last night and my husbands birthday, it was amazing it was a set menu of 5 courses with Champagne you have your own waiter the table is lit by torches and a path to it lit with candles and music playing our waitress wrote a message for us in flowers the sea was only a few feet away , truly unforgettable. (extra cost of $150)Food avialable 24 hours and drinks until the last person leaves the night club !
This only applies to the actual Hotel Complex as the only times we left was by sea or on a bicycle ride to the shops and to go horse riding:-
There was everything you could need on the site, my husband sailed a Hobie Cat daily he also went snorkelling in the daytime free and at night (small extra charge) there was also a small dinghy and pedallos and canoes.
We both enjoyed the catamaran sunset cruise to a local Pirates cave where you could cliff jump for a small fee and a 2 trips on the glassbottom boat, on the shopping trip the goods we purchased were deliverd back to the hotel so no problems caryying anything. I went to 2 cooking classes taught by one of the chefs to cook Jamaican food and given a taste, also Martini class the only snag to drink 4 in 30 mins !!!
We both went to basket weaving class expecting a demo instead we got to make our own to bring home! we also enjoyed a nature tour with a gardener to show us all the plants which was very informative as we are keen gardeners.
There are plenty of loungers on the beach complete with cushions which can be used as floats in the sea there are also some hammocks on the beach big enough for 2. There are 3 pools including a proper lap pool each pool has a Jacuzzi (2 at the swim up bar) and another Jacuzzi in the gardens.
There is a wedding gazebo in the gardens and a wedding arch on the beach there was at least 1 wedding most days some just the couple others with guests (these are also included in the price) you can also renew your vows.
The gardens are beautiful and well tended lots of lizards , birdlife and hummingbirds. There is a arranged volley ball game daily on the beach as well as abs and a sport complex across the road, the guards stop the traffic so it is safe to cross there is the sports pool, tennis courts with coaching a jogging track and circuit training and a gym along with large screen tv for sports fans and a bar there are also beauty treatments and massage at extra cost. We also booked a horse riding trip up a mountain then onto the beach and into the sea a life time ambition something else I will never forget !
There is WIFI and an intenet cafe with 9 computers with free broadband I never had a problem getting online.I am sure I will not have remembered everything there is plenty to keep you occupied !!
There is a no tipping policy at the Hotel we tipped the driver of the coach and the driver to the stables as well as the 2 stable boys that is the only cash you need unless you want to buy gifts and extra excursions.
We took some gifts of stationery items and toothbrushes and toothpaste as the Hotel has charity interests these items will have been ditributed to inner city children if you have any room in your suitcase maybe you could take a few gifts.

Went with the wife as a second honeymoon, stayed 2 weeks & it was wonderful!
Stay in the Atrium rooms - right on the beach, like being in a grass hut. The upper part of the walls lifts up so the room is open on three sides (they spray the grounds a couple of times a day so no mosquitoes).
Breakfast delivered to room is best - lots of fresh fruit. Water and coffee is of the Blue mountains so best in the world. Scuba was included in the all-inclusive package - don't know if still the same.
Downside - lots of people honeymoon or marry there so the place seems deserted from 9.00 pm! (don't know where they go!)
