SHAME ON YOU LASTMINUTE.COM!!!
never told us building works right outside of hotel in front and back. All front facing rooms looking right onto building site! Noise 24/7. Last minute.com wont take any responsibility as we didnt inform them whilst we were away!!couldn't get in touch with them! Was not for want of trying!! Awful after sales, kept saying did not get emails when we have proof have been sent. I would strongly advise to never use this booking agency! Nothing wrong with hotel.building work was not going on IN the hotel- but right outside! Lastmin.com should have at least informed us when we booked to give us chance to decline!!!! Holiday was not peaceful and totally ruined!!

Could'nt fault the hotel, recently refurbished, staff were lovely, rooms very big and clean, bathrooms were very nice, food was lovely on the whole, but children were not very well catered for. Entertainment was ok, kids club was not consistant. Lots of Russian holiday makers at this hotel. location of the hotel was not good, although you were directly on the beach, thats all you did have ! about 20 min bus ride into limmassol,and bus stop is right outside hotel bus fare was 1.50 euros and you do not pay for kids.
