It was a terrible place to stay (certainly nothing like the pictures 'suggest' for a start.)
While the beds were not the worst, the constant slamming of a fire door as people were coming and going through the night made sleep impossible. I'm not certain if this was because people were arriving/leaving through the night, or late night smokers. However the only thing I got when I complained was how there are no doors that can slam in that part of the hotel.
The shower pressure was almost adequate to use (the temperature wasn't so bad) and the anti-slip mat was a tad mouldy.
The windows didn't really feel secure and the whole room and furniture were tired and old (much like myself, but too much to make me feel at home,)
As for cleaning, someone's dirty sock was under the bed and there was a strange smell emanating from the waste bin.
Quite honestly, if you have alternative choices (sleeping in your car perhaps) then I would advise doing so.
