This is not a four star hotel. We were there off-season, I know. But they falsely claim a lot of things. First of all, you have access only to Café Maroc, a place that looks and feels worse than the pub at a train station somewhere in the remote, rural parts of the Balkans. The all-inclusive package doesn't include anything at all, you have to pay for nearly everything that is remotely enjoyable. The food is horrible, I found a string in the beef roll and nearly choked on it -- it was breaded! I thought they just buy the food from some place like Iceland or Tesco, as the cakes were often presented frozen, but then the meals would at least not have been a safety hazard if they came from a supermarket pre-made. The corridors are carpeted and visibly filthy. The rooms are functional, but depressing. The spa is just the shower room of the gym, which is shared with non-hotel guests, sometimes loud sketchy looking people shouting in Serbian, strolling around like they own the place. No pool bar. If you need a drink, you have to get dress and walk a lot to get to Café Maroc, where you practically have to beg the the grumpiest, most unpleasant waitresses to give you a 2,5dl glass of something that you probably aren't allowed to take anywhere, and you'd be done drinking it before you made it halfway back to the so-called spa. The tap water is not drinkable, and we weren't given any mineral water. Had to call the reception, and we were instructed to go downstairs, wait in the queue and then were given two half litre bottles. You have to go to the reception to refill. Absolutely not a four star hotel, but more like a hostel -- though I've been to better hostels in my youth. They make you pay a deposit of 10 euros for a towel and 35 for a bathrobe (the robe I got had its pocket half torn off), but they only refund 30 for the bathrobe. The staff is mostly unskilled migrant workers (the non-client facing ones), who seem to work incredible hours and I feel very sorry for them.
This place fails to provide the bare minimum while tries to make extra profit, and they go out of their way to make your stay as miserable as possible.

This is not about the hotel as this holiday didn't happen. I am writing so that others may be saved from our terrible experience of the travel agent.
Please never ever get in touch with these people operating the company. They took our booking and I received a flimsy confirmation with no details of the itinerary nor the cost. Eventually I could reach them only to find that the flight or hotel was not available. I was asked to pay extra to fly from a different airport/ destination/date /time and no hotel at the last minute. By then they said the flights are non refundable. We did not agree any alternative accommodation but received a voucher for a hotel on an island to be reached by boat. I absolutely said this was not agreed or wanted in writing. I was still charged.
We are disputing this with our bank and I will be taking it further. Please save yourself this awful experience and book with a reputable well known agent. We definitely paid more by the time they had added on extras and changed the cost advertised and the bank were powerless to stop charges by debit card.
