Review of the Galeon Pavillon Hotel, Sitges:
The main plus point about this hotel is its location. Near the main shopping area and a short walk to the bars and beaches. However, it is just far enough away so you don't get all the noise from people spilling out of the clubs at all hours. It's not too far from the train station either.
I stayed in the 'Pavillon', which is in fact a separate building to the main Galeon Hotel and it's in a different road! Don't let this put you off though, the roads are parallel.
The swimming pool is fine. However, I found that half the sun bathing area wasn't in the sun. I recommend that you grab the sunbeds to the left of the pool as you face the large wooden exit doors. You'll catch the rays there.
I only had breakfast the first morning. Not because it was dire but there were too many late nights for the remainder of the holiday. The food on offer was good and plentiful.
The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful.
All in all I would certainly recommend this hotel due to the great value and the location.
