Yes. The most common and least expensive is Birrel which is produced under licence in Egypt. The same company produce a range of fizzy fruit drinks called Fayrouz which although very sweet are nice, flavours - apple, mango, raspberry, mango, pineapple etc

Just got back from Hurghada where we had Fayrouz. It was lovely, my favourite was the pineaple. Nice on a hot day to quench your thirst.
