This was our first holiday without the kids, so we were really looking forward to a nice relaxing week.
This was also our first trip to Egypt and was recommended by a friend has she had stopped in July for 2 weeks.
The hotel cannot be faulted it was spotless and the decor fantastic.
The food in the buffet was awful but luckily we managed to eat in the A la’ cart restaurant every evening which were the best we have ever been to.
The beach was awful. Sorry been a bit of a snob here but I’m used to white powder soft beaches as we are Caribbean lovers.
The thing that put you of Egypt was the pushiness and we would never return because of this. In all the places we have visited this is the worst. Didn’t feel safe out of the hotel either.

Do not delay to go to this brillant hotel,we loved the food in all restaurants including the next door hotel at the mamlouk palace.my wife enjoyed the red wine and i enjoyed a few beers(bottled beer in the buffet)
our room was amazing,the children had twin beds in a massive living room with a plazma tv and our room a big king size bed and overlooking the sea
our 3rd time to hurghada and this is the best one so far for friendliness,enjoyment,accom and food.
Could go on but loose the will to live when i read these things.wanted to book again frof oct but children want a change-shame.couldnt fault this hotel would give it a 10 out of ten,go for it-it was ace

The hotel was very impressive when we arrived , we was welcomed with a drink , we were shown to our room which over looked a pool , high standards in the room , we had clean towels every day , extra touches in the bathroom soap shampoo & bubblebath. Cleaned to a high standard. The grounds of the hotel were very well maintained . The food was very good , you could not go hungry , a wide choice of restaurants to choose from also the use of the hotel next door very friendly atmosphere. The pool one is hot and one is cold and the pool towelman was very friendly , fresh towels each day. The evening entertainment was good , different each night. Will definatly go back to this hotel , had a good holiday.

The hotel and all the staff just couldn't do enough both for my family and people we'd met whilst thier. Although this a prodominately german/russian hotel, there where quite a number of Brits there. The personnel from the kids club where absolutley fantastic, especially as we were a bit nervouus with the current climate, and what has gone on in the news. We will be going back next year, which is testament to thew place as we have never gone back twice on a holiday.
