This family run Hotel is located no more than five minutes walk from Dolphin Square, the area being relatively quiet. On the reception desk during the day is a lady named Uzi(pronounced oozy), she is very helpful. There are a couple of lads work here, one in the kitchen and one in the bar. Later in the day Ali will appear, a larger than life character who is full of fun and a pleasant, sociable person. It is Ali who will hand you your room keys when you arrive over night. Note, there is no one available to help you with your cases to your room over night. There is another guy floating about during the day who mostly looks after the pool. All the staff are warm and friendly and are always pleased to talk to you. Our Goldtrail Rep was Vanessa, we give her 10 out of 10, she was well on top of her job considering the amount of hotels she had to cover. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
The breakfast is traditional Turkish consisting of tomato, cucumber, cheese, boiled eggs, bread, jam and chocolate spread. Full English breakfast comes at an extra cost. Away from breakfast, other food produced here is excellent in quality and huge in quantity. Example, one lunchtime my wife had a chip butty while I opted for a tuna salad(presentation was superb), in truth, these two meals would have comfortably served four people.
There are two cleaners who do a first class job of keeping the hotel clean and tidy. Every week there is a Turkish Night run by Ali, it is certainly well worth the money you pay for it. Ali also does competitions on other nights which are well attended. Not all rooms have air conditioning(cost

Stayed here in October 2008, best way to describe the hotel is no frills,Rooms are clean, and the reception bar area is too, had a leak in the toilet on arrival and it was looked at on day 5 !!!!! hot water was scarce at this time of year and can only be described as lukewarm, shower was cold in the evening , I was glad I had flip flops to shower in !!!! the hotel staff are friendly, funny and helpful, in fact on arrival the front of the hotel had been refurbished with new doors and windows the back where my room was had not, I could not lock the balcony door as the key was missing I asked the staff who informed me " its a safe room Darling " I did have a very good holiday in the Toros and had not paid a lot for the privilege so as long as your not expecting the Ritz you will have a good time
