This is a gorgeous ship. brand new and the staff were excellent. Ordering a drink from any of the bars was hard work, lack of English and seemingly inexperienced staff. Having said that, once we got used to the slowness we got into a routine, and waiting staff were very very pleasant.
The food was very good, and plenty of it.
The one drawback on this cruise, and it was a serious one was that apart from about 150, the rest of the passengers were Italian, with 600 children travelling free. We understood that children are free always, and the cruise line was offering special deals in Italy.
The noise was horrendous. Really Really awful. The sundecks were absolutely packed, sunbeds everywhere, could not walk from one end to the other. The breakfast buffet was very good, but the noise and the rushing about by the passengers made it hard work. Dinner at night was seated thank goodness, but once again the noise. Even young children and babies were at the late sitting, and crying and screaming went on the whole time.
