I have been a guest at Hotel Rochari in Mykonos some years ago and we had a fantastic time with my partner. Wanted to book in September through my local travel agency and I have just been informed that they decided not to work anymore with the hotel because of too many complaints from their clients last year. I am very surprised and would like to check if anyone had some bad/ good experience recently as I really loved that Hotel.

I have used this hotel for more than 15 years (the last visit was October '04) and have never had a problem. We have booked up again for this September.
We used to make our reservations with Grecian Holidays who had the hotel in its brochures. When that company sank we then booked directly with the hotel using their webpage and have done so ever since.
They have a webpage that lets you book direct. Have you checked it out?
