Most of the all inclusive hotels have family room with two separate sleeping areas, though they will not have S/C facilities. The Tirana aqua has lovely spacious family rooms
Delta Sharm has 1 & 2 bed apartments available on all inclusive - we have a similar situation to yourselves, and it works just fine for us, has done the last 3 times to Sharm.
