O2's roaming partner is M-Tel *BUT* you will pay both to make & receive calls when roaming - see O2 website for charges. Much cheaper to use the VoIP phones at the Post Office or scattered all over the resort, or to buy a Bulgarian SIM card, if you really must use a mobile.

There is an entry fee at most clubs, of around 4/5 Leva, from memory.

The disco.bg website will give you locations of at least some clubs.

Good news on the mobile phone front From 30 August 2007 you'll pay 38p to make a call and 19p to receive a call per minute while roaming on any network due to a change in the law. But texts etc will be based on your service provider i know Orange is 40p per text. Hope this helps
