Visit Dudshager waterfalls they are well worth the journey from wherever you are in staying in Goa.
The jeep ride to go the last 14 kilometeres is an experince you will never forget, Feeding the monkeys whilst you are there and swimming in the water at the base of the falls make it a an unforgettable experience
The Go - Karting in Arpora is very good fun and very cheap too
A meal at East meets West in Baga.
A few sundowners at my fave beach shack while watching the sunset - pure magic...
Watching the live bands at Anjuna on Wednesday's with a cocktail while the sun sets in the distance...............lovely!!!
might have to venture up there next time, going to try and manage to do more than laze on the beach all day!
john woody where can i get info on bettys boat trip you mentioned? it sounds ace
betty's boat trips are run from behind betty's restaurant which backs on to the river sal but you can book it at their beach shack which is also called betty's . you meet at the restaurant at approx 9.45 am , when you board the boat you are provided with a bird book and binoculars the crew are quite knowledgable and point out various birds .
they sail out to sea to see the dolphins which we have allways seen then back up river all inc drinks soft and alcohol .
starters king prawns in garlic butter with fresh bread
main course king fish mixed rice & salad
desert fresh fruit salad
there is a toilet on board
its a lovely chilled out day anita
Theres a real mix of music up at Anjuna on Wednesdays, it's usually the old European hippies and the likes but you do get some Indian artists playing there too. I enjoy the atmosphere more than anything else.

A fantastic day out and often fully booked well in advance. The family have made a second boat for next season.
thanks for that mag we are off in november and will use it.
Drink lots of Kingfisher and Honeybee, chill out and have a great time at Ingo's market (and Club Cabana - if its open). Buy lots of cheap rubbish and meet old friends.
