we are looking to go to sharm naama bay all inclusive with the kids being a bit older was hoping to find a 2 bedroom place or a big place big enough for 4 people but the kids are old enough to have teir own room yet any advice some where quite central
thanks
Hi there, how old are you kids?
St George 3 Corners have interconnecting rooms though is a little way out of Namma Bay (10 mins or so on courtesy bus) but for value for money and cleanliness we couldn't fault it. May be best to narrow it down to a few hotels that you fancy from the reviews on here then email the hotel direct to enquire if they do interconnecting rooms as the tour operators don't always offer them.
Unfortunately most brochures dont seem to mention if hotels have interconnecting rooms. I just asked for rooms next to each other and lo and behold they were connecting. Was well pleased.
14 and 13 so not old enough to be left in their own aprtment
thanks annie might e mail a few,
Mine are 12 &14 and that was how I did it. One adult & One child in each room. Then asked for rooms next to each other.
Also it didn't work out any more expensive than all 4 of us crammed in to one family room, as they often charge big supplements for proper family rooms.
At least with 2 seperate rooms you get 2 bathrooms and double the wardrobe hanging space.
Good Luck
I think once you get the rooms you could sleep however you want. mine always go in seperate rooms now but the eldest 2 are 16 and 14 .only problem is getting them out of bed in the morning when you havnt got a key I find now they have to pay adult prices it does infact work out cheaper with the 2 twin rooms
i like the idea lol
Sounds a good idea! Mine are 13 and 16 and I suggested they might want their own room this year, but no...they don't want us to be lonely without them....bless I suppose I should be pleased they still want to be seen with us, but you are right about the price, you pay per person when they are teenagers so if you can get a double and twin interconnecting that would be ideal!
see if you can do that..and you can lock the joing door whenever you need to..
he can pop round for you know what
When we were in the Sofitel in Luxor the room we had was an interconnecting / joining room, I am not sure that is a good idea.
Through the door to the other room, we could here every bang and noise from the couple, if you know what I mean
Luckily for us (not for one of them ) it only lasted a few minutes.
