These are two different hotels. The Karbel is larger than the Karbel Sun and I think they are on opposite sides of Olu Deniz high street. The Karbel is the liveler hotel and the Karbel Sun the quieter so it depends on what your personal preferences are. I think they both get good reports.

they are all part of the same group there is the karbel hotel, karbel sun and karbel beach all ok

The Karbel and Karbel Beach have the same owner. The Karbel Sun (although just across the road from Karbel) apparently does not. We stayed at the Karbel - which is great - in May and actually asked this question.
