I got back yesterday and, like you do, got straight on the computer to look for next year!

Alot of the flight websites only do up to Dec 2010. I would love to go January again next year and take my two teenagers. Think I will do flight only again and book my own accomodation like I did this time around. Anyone seen any good flight only deals for this time next year, please?

Hi Jenny

I think that with schedule flights you can only book up 300 days in advance so its going to be around march/april time before you will be able to get the dates you want.

Holding on dying to book back up myself for Dec/Jan

hi just booked flights returning in jan,,air india.they have some very good prices.

Hi I've booked Qatar on there website special offer for 10th december 2010 till11th january 2011. the prices seem to have gone up this year and the travel agent could not match the price i payed, he told me all airlines are charging more this year, the kingfisher flight we went on in december is nearly double the price we payed now for december this year. :cheers

we are travelling this time before going to goa,flights with air india 30/11 to 05/01 £340 each heathrow to mumbai :cheers

a lot cheaper than we paid last year.

Wow good price but our travel will be about 20th Feb:2011 & flying from Man: but no worries I have lots of time to look for good flights. :cheers

well i cant believe it,we booked the flights last friday,and checked yesterday for some friends,they have already gone up to £420 each :wow

Hi Valleylady did you book direct with Air India? Ive been trying and although I can get a time table up it wont give me flights for 15th January which is when I want to return....we are planning on leaving the UK on either xmas eve or xmas day. Would love to get it booked up now.

Thanks Valleylady, it still wont bring up the dates I want :(....but in the meantime Ive been checking out Quater Airlines from Heathrow, the timings are really good can only book upto the 5th Jan at the moment on the website so will have to wait a little while.

hi,same thing happened to me,i was checking every day and it kept saying dates cant be booked,then all of a sudden you could book,maybe a little early to book your dates,but good luck :tup

nejulie i've booked qatar online last friday for 9th december till 11th january, i googled cheap flights to india and the qatar wesite came up,there was a special offer and the dates went right into january, you cannot get onto this deal from there .com website, i know it was only on offer for a few more days, hope this makes sense. Thanks Green Eyed Lady....Ive just had a look and found it and because we have to go xmas day or xmas eve if its a late flight and the prices are a bit high we only paid £430 each to fly last xmas day with Air India...think I will just have keep trying their website as Valley Lady suggested and see what their prices come up at.
